We have a team of experienced consultants and trainers who specialises in Productivity, Innovation, Benchmarking, Total Quality, Strategic Planning, Business Excellence, Service Excellence, People/Team Excellence, Supply Chain Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Information Technology and Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) System.

Our Founder & Managing Director:

George Wong, a Registered Management Consultant (RMC), Certified Productivity Consultant (SPRING Singapore & Japan Productivity Center), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and ACTA-certified, possesses 20 years of corporate experiences at Philips Singapore and Singapore Technologies, and another 22 years of training cum consultancy experiences in Productivity, Innovation, Benchmarking, Total Quality, Lean Management, Strategic Management, People Excellence, Team Excellence, Service Excellence and Business Excellence. 

Since 1985, George had actively offered his services to the National Productivity Board, Singapore (now known as SPRING Singapore), first as a pioneer Key Productivity Activist, then as a Singapore Quality Award (SQA) National Assessor and also as an Innovation & Quality Circles (IQCs)/Team Excellence Lead Judge. He is currently an approved SPRING Singapore’s Business Excellence Consultant, an Associate Consultant with the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) on the Workforce Skills Qualifications System (WSQ) and a certified Consultant for the Businesses for Families Mark with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), Singapore. 

The Asian Productivity Organisation (APO) had appointed him as a Resource Person and Technical Expert for its member countries in Asia in the areas of Productivity, Quality, Total Quality Management (TQM), Benchmarking, Quality Circles and Business Excellence since 1997. He was also a facilitator/trainer with the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) and the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) in Singapore and Asia.

George had served actively in the Management Committees of several organisations, such as the Singapore Productivity Association (SPA), and is currently the Chairman of the Pacific Resource Exchange Center (PREX) Alumni Association of Singapore. He was the President of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore), Vice Chairman of the Chartered Management Institute (Singapore) and the Chairman of Singapore Polytechnic Industrial Management Alumni Association.
